Refund policy

No refunds. Store credit/ exchange only.
The Rhinestone Rose will accept for exchange items that are in NEW condition, unworn, with all original tags and packaging, and free of damages by the customer. These damages include, but not limited to: deodorant stains, makeup stains, perfumes, animal hair/scent, cigarette smoke, obvious wear, etc.

Shoes must be returned in original shoebox, if shoebox is damaged in transit from not being wrapped properly, the return will not be accepted.

Items meeting the above criteria will be issued a store credit.

Gift cards and other "SALE'' items are final sale and not eligible for exchange.

Swimwear and bodysuits are final sale.

Lashes are final sale.

Headwear is final sale.

Jewelry is final sale.

For an exchange, you MUST contact us within 48 hrs of delivery date. Item(s) must arrive back to our warehouse within 14 days of delivery date.

NOTE: Some leathers, cowhides and fabrics/patterns may vary. Please keep this in mind when ordering, as we are not responsible for color/pattern variation.
